Gold-Standard 8-week Mindfulness Course (MBSR-Mindfulness-based stress reduction) as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Learn to alleviate stress, anxiety and difficult emotional and mental states with mindfulness meditation. This 8-week course is taught over 8x 2.5-3hr sessions and 1 full-day retreat.
