This is a free taster session, covering a brief introduction to mindfulness, a brief practice and information on the full 8-week-MBSR (Mindfulness-based stress reduction) course. As well as outlining history and benefits of MBSR.
This workshop gives details about the 8-week course and is recommended to attend if you are interested in joining the 8-week MBSR Course. The next 8-week course will run online via Zoom and the start date is TBC.
Mindfulness, when practised regularly, allows us to see ourselves and the world around us in a new way. By bringing our attention to the present moment and learning to let it unfold we can learn to find balance and a sense of calm in difficult situations as well as increase the joy in uplifting ones.
